Q What is the AfterBody Stack?

A The AfterBody Stack is a three-formula supplement system — RESET, REBUILD, and RECHARGE — formulated to support the body during rapid weight loss. Each formula targets a distinct physiological challenge: gut integrity, muscle maintenance, and sustained energy and cognitive function.

Q What format does each product come in and how do I take them?

A RESET is a powder. Mix one scoop with 8–12 oz of water and take daily, ideally in the morning or with your first meal.
REBUILD and RECHARGE are both capsules — take 2 capsules of each daily with food. You can take REBUILD and RECHARGE at the same time.

Q Why is RESET a powder and not capsules?

A Because clinical doses of L-Glutamine (5g) and our prebiotic complex (7g) cannot fit in capsule format. To deliver the amounts that actually matter, powder is the only viable option. We didn't cut the doses to fit a more convenient format.

Q Are the products third-party tested?

AYes. Every batch is manufactured at an FDA-registered, NSF-certified, cGMP-compliant facility in the United States and tested by a third party for identity, potency, and purity. You can request a Certificate of Analysis for any product by contacting us at customer.success@afterbodyhealth.com.

Q Do you use proprietary blends?

A No. Every ingredient and every dose is listed on the label. No blends, no hidden amounts, no guesswork.

Q Are the supplements safe to take alongside other medications or treatments?

A The AfterBody Stack contains no stimulants or controlled substances. That said, if you are currently using any prescription medication or are under medical supervision, we recommend consulting your physician before beginning any new supplement regimen.

Q Are the capsules vegetarian?

A Yes. Both REBUILD and RECHARGE use vegetarian capsules.

Q What is the AfterBody Protocol?

A The AfterBody Protocol is the full system — supplements, nutrition frameworks, training guidance, daily tracking tools, and accountability support. It's designed to give you the structure that rapid transformation requires, not just a product to take.

Q When do I get access to the Protocol?

A The first 90-day phase of your protocol is generated from your onboarding responses and delivered into the AfterBody app within 24 hours of subscribing. From that point, you have full access to your nutrition structure, training programming, tracking tools, and the AfterBody leaderboard.

Q What happens in the strategy session?

A Every subscription includes a private 30-minute strategy session with Head Nutritionist Tayler Kelly — scheduled after your protocol is ready. She'll review your protocol with you, answer your questions, and help you execute your first 90 days correctly.

Q How personalised is the Protocol?

A Fully. The frameworks we provide are not generic templates. They are built around your specific inputs — your current body composition, your activity level, your history, and your goals. Your Protocol is yours.

Q How does billing work?

A The AfterBody Lifecycle Stack is available on two subscription plans. The 3-Month Commitment is $222 per month, billed monthly, with a minimum commitment of three months. The 6-Month Commitment is $188 per month, billed monthly, with a minimum commitment of six months. After your minimum commitment period is complete, your subscription continues monthly until you cancel or pause.

Q Why is there a minimum commitment?

A Because real change takes time. The physiological demands of rapid transformation don't resolve in a few weeks — and neither does the support your body needs. The minimum commitment exists to give the Protocol a genuine chance to work. We stand behind that.

Q What's included in my subscription each month?

A Each monthly shipment includes one canister of RESET (powder, 30 servings), one bottle of REBUILD (capsules, 30 servings), and one bottle of RECHARGE (capsules, 30 servings). Your subscription also includes ongoing access to the full AfterBody Protocol — nutrition frameworks, training guidance, tracking tools, and accountability support.

Q Can I cancel my subscription?

A Yes, after your minimum commitment period is complete. To cancel, contact us at customer.success@afterbodyhealth.com at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Cancellations requested during the minimum commitment period will take effect at the end of that period.

Q Can I pause my subscription?

A Yes. You can pause your subscription for up to 60 days. Contact us at customer.success@afterbodyhealth.com to arrange a pause. Pauses are not available during the initial minimum commitment period.

Q Can I switch between the 3-month and 6-month plan?

A Yes. You can switch plans at the end of your current commitment period. Contact us at ccustomer.success@afterbodyhealth.com and we'll make the change effective from your next billing cycle.

Q Where do you ship?

A We currently ship within the United States only.

Q How long does shipping take?

A Orders ship within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after shipment, depending on your location

Q When will my first order ship?

A Your first order is processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of your subscription start date. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Q What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

A Contact us at customer.success@afterbodyhealth.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right.
